Get two scruffy wine geeks on a couch and Qwoff TV is what you get.

Let’s be honest, it’s a thinly veiled excuse for us to crack open some nice wines and meet some great people.

But with that lofty goal in mind, we’d love to share our crazy, awesome wine world.

Wine is one of those things that people too often associate with how much they don’t know, fear of sounding stupid, they don’t want to try new things in case they get it wrong, and this is only propagated by wine snobs and journos pontificating about “finely integrated tannins” and oak regimes.

What bullshit.

Wine is magical. There’s a reason it has been made for millenia, and written about by poets for centuries.

But it’s not elitist. You need to know little more than “yum, I like this,” or “yuk, don’t like that,” to be able to enjoy a wine.

The more you dive into the world of wine, the more mysteries and magic is revealed, the more you realise that wines are stories – they speak of the place the fruit grows, the people who brought them to life, and the time you drank them – wine is about making memories.

What that’s all got to do with Qwoff TV I’m not so sure anymore, but we’re having fun with wine, and we hope you are too!
